Positive: Mr. Mody was communicative, accommodating, and hospitable. He was waiting for us, despite our very late arrival, with keys and a warm welcome! The apartment and location were perfect (if you don't mind noise!) Summer in Alexandria on the Corniche is noisy, so we were well aware of this before we went; so this posed no problem. The apartment was beautifully decorated. The photos online don't do it justice; you have to be there to appreciate the details. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the building was safe and so convenient to everything we needed. There were plenty of cafes and markets, plus it was very easy to grab a cab right out front of the door. I wish there were salt + pepper in the kitchen, but other than that, we had all we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Positive: From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by Mody and shown the apartment. It was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed and more. The view over the sea was amazing and we enjoyed using the balcony for our morning coffees and people watching! The people in the area are very friendly and welcoming, it is quite a local area but you can easily move around and use local apps (Talabat for example) to make delivery orders. Highly recommend India Gate next door. The address is easily found.
Negative: Nothing! For any future visitors, just be aware it is on the road, not a problem for us as we understood it was Eid and everyone was on holiday.
Summary: Just wonderful we will be back!

Positive: The apartment is really good. It was spacious and clean. The location is good as well as the apartment is located in safe area. The host is welcoming and cooperative. I met a guy called Mody. He is really fantastic and respectful.
Negative: The only disadvantage is that the apartment is located in the first floor. Sitting in the balcony was not joyful. it is extremely noisy due to cars.

Positive: The location is so beautiful and scenic , the apartment is more suitable for people with dark aesthetic because of the natural lighting used in the apartment
Negative: Won’t be suitable for families cuz there’s only one bathroom and two toilets, that was a bit inconvenient for us
