The hotel has 2 restaurants & 2 bars , including The Olive resturant offers the traditional Zarb meal setting in our Bedouin tent. Guests can enjoy wine and cheese tastings in The Cellar. Private candle-lit dinners can also be arranged. The spacious rooms at Ma'In Hot Springs are decorated in a contemporary style and include a balcony with views over the mountains or the valley. The hotel’s fully equipped gym includes cardio equipment and weights. Deep sea therapies and Asian treatments are offered at the Spa. Positive: The hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. As we arrived at night, the hotel’s pool and private springs were closed but hotel staff drove us to the public hot springs which are open 24/7. They offered us a lift back when we were finished but we chose to walk as it was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was great to see families, locals and tourists all enjoying the public hot springs late at night. Breakfast was excellent - a buffet style with many hot and cold options to choose from with eggs, pancakes and more cooked in front of you.

Summary: We only stayed one night but wish we stayed longer!

Positive: The staff are very welcoming and polite. The location is amazing,

Negative: It looks old and well maintained. Not properly cleaned considering it’s a 5 stars hotel.

Summary: It’s the only hotel in ma’in hot springs. Worth visiting if you are in Jordan.

Positive: The location is amazing and the waterfalls and scenery are beautiful. It was quiet when we went so was lovely and quiet which was really relaxing. The hot pool is lovely and the waterfall area and pools around there are lovely too. Staff were great and were very helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed.

Negative: It’s a lovely location and hotel to stay but it needs a bit of a refurb. Small repairs here and there needed to be done over the hotel. It’s a shame as the hotel and grounds are lovely - just needs a bit of work and maintenance.

Summary: Overall it was a great stay and I had a lovely time!
