Positive: We were reuniting with our parents after a long separation, so my review might be biased, because the emotional aspect of the reunion beats everything else. - Family friendly: the hotel has a grocery shop downstairs with all the necessities for the babies (like nappies, water wipes etc). Alisan is very friendly, the second guy balances him out :) - Blazing fast reaction to requests: whatever I've requested via reception was sorted out in a manner for 5-10 minutes, the staff is using WhatsApp for near realtime comms. However this comes with a negative downside (see the first point below). Special thanks for arranging late cleaning a couple of times due to baby sleeping - A-la-carte restaurant - variety of food just for 15 eur per person, however it was in an outdoors location (mosquitos, bees etc), plus we got "lucky" with a loud neighbours (there was some kind of French anniversary/birthday nearby with loud music) Special thanks to Mika from the reception for sorting out all of our issues.

Negative: - Broken / worn out stuff: we've requested a baby cot, 2 times they've delivered a broken or dirty. After 3rd time it worked. Also the phone was broken in our time, took several visits to fix that one as well. Parents had a TV broken, was fixed as well. - Tour agencies (& agents): Our parents have booked a tour through the agency, whatever services the agents have provided was a rip-off for low quality outcome (e.g. pick up transfer - was actually from multiple hotels with waiting times or "mall" tour - don't even get me started on that one) - Location: ~1 hour drive from Antalya. It was hard for us to take such a long trip with the baby, so we've only travelled Kemer & Phaselis ruins nearby
