Positive: The hotel is clean, rooms are big, the rooftop restaurant was very good..it gets loud so go early if you don't like loud music.

Negative: Wifi was one issue. For the amount we are paying, they must provide wifi in every room. Once we left the reception area, we had no connection. Second, Since we were checking in at 7 pm andnch3cking out at 7 am. We just asked the guy checking us in if he could accommodate something for us like maybe include breakfast for one person or something. We understand and acknowledge this was an additional service that was not part of our original booking that we were requesting and it was completely in his purview to refuse and we were of course okay with that. However. What we were not okay with was that the same refusal could have been made politely with a smile instead of a sour face and a flat "no." It was quite rude.My partner and I travel a lot and often, hotels accommodate small requests but even if they can't or don't, it's always a polite refusal. Even the next morning when we were checking out, there were different receptionists but we got NOT ONE SMILE or a good morning. For a hotel trying to expand, it may help to offer a little PR training to front desk folks in how to communicate with guests. The next mornkn

Positive: Location was good but the staff is not attentive

Negative: Staff should be attentive and should attend the guest asap.. They even didn't ask us for water we are the one who called them to give us water. It was really horrible experience for us.
