Positive: Nicely decorated, updated, clean and perfect location. Parking in a secure courtyard was great. Really the location was wonderful.

Negative: Maryna, the host, met us at the door when we had a little trouble with the access code. I had been having intermittent connection issues with my phone so I missed her message from earlier in the day when she apparently asked me if we booked for 2 people. When she saw we were 3 people (mind you, it's a 2 BR with 3 beds) she accosted me about not booking for the correct number of people. It almost seemed like we would have to go elsewhere for the night. She charged us $21 euro for the extra person. Not a huge deal, but she really could have been nicer about it. It was an honest mistake on my part and after traveling and finally getting to our destination, it felt a little hostile.

Summary: Great location and apartment. Host could be a bit more diplomatic.
