Positive: The villa has a lot of potential. The facilities are great and comfortable for a large group. The big living room and dining table, as well as the sauna cottage is super nice. It has everything you need for some good cottage-time!
Negative: The villa feels under-maintained and a needs a proper ”spring cleaning”. When we arrived there were a lot of flies inside the villa and lot of moss, conifers and other dirt maybe from the previous guests. We basically had to do vacuuming and cleaning as the first thing. With a closer look there’s stains and dirt that has been accumulating for a long time here and there. Also the stairs down to the badly maintained beach are borderline dangerous. The price would be justified with proper maintenance, but now no.
Summary: Villa with great potential and facilities, but in a need for proper maintenance and cleaning

Positive: The location is peaceful and the host is friendly and helpful.
Negative: The private beach is a complete lie, as it is overgrown and looks more like a jungle. The property is poorly maintained and run-down, it is not kid-friendly at all. The boat had a huge hole and was unusable. No charging facility available for electric cars.

Positive: Nice location with enough space for three families. Outside sauna is very good
Negative: Everything on the sea side is not maintained and is even very dangerous. Boat had a hole in the bottom and was not usable. It was almost impossible to go swimming because the stairs and everything was broken. Owner didn’t show any interest to solve this issue. As we wanted to fish then somehow our weekend was ruined

Positive: Beautiful view, very clean and well equipped apartment :) The host offered his help in case we needed it. Although it's located 3-4km from the city center, there are many shops nearby, as well as the bus stop, some fast foods, small bars etc.

Positive: Nice place to stay, relatively big house for 8 persons. And 2 persons can stay at Saunahouse. All needed dishes and other equipment at place.

Positive: Clean, comfortable bed, very quiet place. Newly renovated. Nice view from the balcony. AC worked well. The laundry machine was convenient to have. Kitchen was stocked with all you would need. A bit far from the city centre in a residential area but we already were aware of that before making the booking. A 15 minute bus ride is all it takes. Was nice to experience another part of the city outside the tourist zone. Owner was pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to messages. Would happily stay again.
Negative: Nothing really to complain about.

Positive: Apartment was so clean and pretty. The man who rented it was super sweet and helpfull when he came to give the keys. Also the check out was super easy. View was breathe takeing!
Negative: We didn't get any info before how to enter the apartment. There was the address to the house but no further instructions on where to find keys. We had to call late at night to the turist agency where they contacted the owner so he could come and let us in. We had to wait outside half an hour befor anyone came. Cladly the man was very nice and apologetic.

Positive: Very peaceful location at the end of a road. Superb sauna with room for a large group and a massive stove.
Negative: Champagne glasses were missing. We bought some from a flea market in downtown Loviisa for 0,50€ each.
