Negative: The spa was good but despite feedback the shower wasn’t serviced properly and the sauna not turned on twice .

Positive: Everything was great. Comfy bed, large room with a balcony & a good sized bathroom. The pool was great and the location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and discovered some great places nearby.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The stuff is ok and the location decent. Also the wifi was grest.

Negative: I’ve booked and payed a 25sqm room and received and 18sqm room. Only after Ive called the reception they gave me another room, but available the next day, so I had to stay 1 night in a much smaller room, from a total of 4 nights! The AC is working only on cold air, so on 15 degrees temperature outside, good luck having a warm room. From the reception they told me: “yes, we know its a rubosh automated system, but we dont have what to do, sorry!” Other than all that, no chance on having an afternoon nap because of the cleaning ladies that make all the possible noise on the hallway.
