Summary: Nikki and Ian were brilliant hosts, nothing you asked was to much bother. Breakfast was as little or as much as you wanted. All fresh ingredients even the bread was baked next door, would highly recommend.

Summary: The staff was very nice and helpful. So easy to get to from the train station. Clean and well appointed. We hope to be able to stay at Lyme Bay again. Felt like home.

Summary: On arrival the owners were very welcoming greeting us by our names giving it that personal touch. The rooms are light fresh and clean but most importantly we’re ready for us when we checked in. The location of the property is perfect as it is close to the beach. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it to set us up for the day. We will definitely recommend staying there to friends and family
