Positive: This family-run property made our stay at LY Suites Thessaloniki feel like home, even though we stayed only one night. From the moment we arrived, the owners - a warm and welcoming family - greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even assisted with parking. The property is brand new and beautifully maintained, with four modern apartments that have everything you might need. The bathroom was spotless, the kitchenette fully equipped, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine, laundry facilities, and ironing set. The bed was extremely comfortable, and although we were just two people, each apartment can easily host up to four guests - perfect for families or groups. The location is excellent: on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the city center, attractions, and shopping areas. Entertainment options were also great, with Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon available on the TV. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water waiting for us in the fridge - a small but kind detail. On the day of our departure, we had unexpected trouble with our car. Despite it being a Sunday, when almost everything is closed, the owners went above and beyond to help us resolve the problem quickly. We’re already looking forward to returning to LY Suites for a longer stay - it’s absolutely worth it. A huge thank you to the whole family for making our time in Thessaloniki so special! 🤍

Positive: It is very central!! Very close to the city centre and shops! The hosts were very polite and accommodating and the apartment was super clean with all the necessities (even ice ready on the freezer ☺️). Extra points for Apple Tv that you can easily cast from your phone and very good WiFi. In general, the place was spotless and very comfortable for my short stay.

Negative: There wasn't anything that i didn't like.

Positive: In the heart of the city, it was central and easy to access everything. The hostess was 10/10, extremely generous, kind and helpful. Provided everything I needed, very well-stocked apartment. I was spoiled by her genuine kindness and attention. The suite is charming, luxurious, very clean and comfortable. The kind of place one wants to move in. I even got offered late checkout without an additional fee, because of flight time. It was like staying at a friend’s place. Very comfortable bed and sofa, everything pristine and new. AC in every room, and it was great in the summer heat. Quiet, despite being in the center of the city. I will come back again! Would recommend to anyone with discerning taste and love of comfort. In fact, I already recommended it to others who will visit.

Negative: I loved everything, there was nothing to complain about.
