Summary: Good: Space Seating Deck Ample dishwashing supplies Fans Communication with staff when issues came up Garage code worked Needs improvement: Trash was not emptied upon arrival Bear box was full upon arrival, never emptied during our stay Trash was accumulating in garage from precious users No hand towels, wash cloths nor tissues in downstairs Hot tub was dirty Neighbors very loud Friday night 12:30am Door codes never worked even when communicating issue with rental company Toaster sparks every time you toast something

Summary: Beautiful Tahoe home for my family and myself! This was a special trip as we were there for my son's wedding. The kitchen and living area is huge, bright and open. We enjoyed your home very much. I would highly recommend it!

Summary: The home is very nice but we had some issues. 1. The code to get into the home didn’t work so it took over 30 minutes just to open the door. 2. The tv remote did not work and we could not watch the upstairs tv. 3. The house was cold but the space heater provided did not work. 4. The coffee grinder provided did not work. 5. One of the garage door openers did not work. 6. The floor was filthy. 7. Worst of all we found a prescription kidney medication on the floor. We had babies there and they easily could have swallowed it. This drug did not belong to any of us. I have a picture of it if you would like to see it.

Summary: The property was very clean and organized. We were able to find all the supplied we needed. We had a little trouble getting in the home at first. But after contacting customer support, we were able to get in right away. We were also able to text questions and get answers right away. Customer service is truly first rate. And the property feels comfortable and luxurious. My family had a truly wonderful and unforgettable time at the vacation home. Definitely a repeat stay!

Summary: We booked this home for my 2 sons, daughter, and son-in-law for a ski week during Christmas - could not have been better. One master upstairs with large kitchen, family room, and dining area. Downstairs has its own TV room and 3 more bedrooms - Neighborhood is great - 10 minutes from the ski lift and 5 minutes to the grocery store down the mountain. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: My family stayed at this property and the location was great, 6 min drive to kings beach, grocery store, restaurants etc. The house had a very nice layout and spacious for our group. The hot tub was very clean and located on the bottom floor patio overlooking the nature backyard, very peaceful. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean but the rest of the house needs a serious deep cleaning! There is pet hair on all the furniture from past guests with pets. The stairs and downstairs carpet has so many pet pee/pooh stains and doesn’t look like anyone has tried to clean it. The outdoor furniture has white fabric cushions which also has stains all over it, most likely from all the outdoor elements, again has probably never been cleaned. For what the charge is per night for this house I would expect it to be a lot cleaner. Communication with the host was ok, I had several questions prior to booking and checking in and they did respond but would take a day or two to respond.

Summary: We’re familiar with the Truckee area and we’re looking for something close to Northstar that would house our extended family with grandparents and small children. This fit the bill perfectly. The place was exactly as advertised and perhaps looks nicer in person than in the pictures. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful, would stay here again in the future!
