Positive: Location is great, it's close to Retiro Gardens and to the metro and public transport. Air Con is good on rooms and bathrooms were renovated.

Negative: There is no proper dinning area or sofa to have all the people together. No Coffee, Paper towel or things to use in the kitchen. The lift sometimes doesn't work is very old.

Negative: No coffee available, need of wifi to open the building front door, no proper living room to gather as group nor large dining area for the occupancy capacity.Price was not cheaper in proportion than nearby hotels. Pillows and beds were not very confortable, specially the pillows
