Positive: Great apartment with everything you need, very well equipped with beautiful outlook for a lovely break. Enjoyed watching the local deer at dusk and dawn. Good parking and nice pool.
Negative: Definitely need a car for everything. A little difficult to find at first and immediate neighbour unfortunately next to the bedrooms kept tv on all night most nights which wasn't ideal for husband as a light sleeper.

Positive: The views were fantastic and the pool was fabulous the apartment itself was really nice clean and comfortable
Negative: The location was to far from bars restaurants if you hire a car it would probably be ok but if you’re not comfortable driving abroad I wouldn’t recommend this property as it was a 1hour and 10 minute walk to the marina you phoned a taxi they don’t speak English so they put the phone down on you so if you don’t like walking don’t go there There was also building work going on so to be woken up most mornings to drilling and banging wasn’t ideal and you can hear the neighbours tv on until 3am and then talking until early hours of the morning
Summary: The apartment was lovely and the views outstanding for me the location was to far you really need a car to stay there

Positive: It was very clean and peaceful with a wonderful view to the sea.its perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Negative: Everything was great except the acoustic insulation. Neighbours have some refurbishment and it was too noisy. In any case the sound insulation in the wall was very poor. We can easily hear the Neighbours talking at 1 am.

Positive: Apt was very clean and modern. Comfotable and fully equipped. Stunning views from the balcony.
Negative: The apartment was located outside the city of Almeria on a windy road up into the hills. No bus sevice so needed car to get to to town, beaches, restaurants etc.
