Negative: Would have preferred queen size beds to doubles. Couch is not very comfortable.

Positive: Quiet neighborhood with excellent facilities and 3 bedrooms. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.
Negative: Steps going in has a large bump at bottom of stairs that is tripping hazard.

Positive: It was a nice, new home. We slept in the front bedroom and the mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept in!! Had a big dining room table so the 5 of us could play cards
Negative: The bedrooms upstairs were very warm. I would suggest ceiling fans to circulate cool air.
Summary: We were only there a few hours but felt at home.
