Escape the bustle of daily life without leaving the convenience of a city. Located on a lush three acre estate in the heart of Sammamish near lakes, parks and shopping. Designer kitchen, pool, Chihuly inspired spa master bath guest house & trails.
This Grand Estate is located in a park like setting on a 3 acre fenced and gated property with own trails. Take one of the trails to own gate that opens to a 20 acre city park with multiple walking trails, playground and a stream. The main house has 4 bedrooms. There is also an additional 600 sf guest house on the property with a loft style accommodation which can house up to 6 guests. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests in both buildings.
The main house features vaulted ceilings and the floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The owner's collection of scale sailing ships adds to the grandeur of the space. Gourmet kitchen is huge with professional stainless steel appliances and oversized island with lots of sitting room around it.
Upper floor games room features a professional pool table and a large 65" high definition TV.
3 well appointed upper bedrooms offer comfort and quiet.
The Master bedroom's main attraction is the Chihuly inspired Master Bathroom Spa with floor level shower featuring oversized rain shower head, modern soaking bathtub, heated floors and the famously inspired glass art.

The property is located away from the main street and offers complete privacy. The only 2 neighbors are hardly visible from most areas of the property. Sammamish commons is within a walking distance with the newly opened $30 million Aquatic Center, City Hall, Library and a park.
Grocery shopping is accommodated by either QFC or Safeway within a 5 minute drive. Several restaurants are within the similar distance. There are 3 lakes nearby: Pine Lake, Beaver lake and Lake Sammamish - all offer swimming, boating (non motorized on Beaver and Pine lakes) and picnicking options. Burke Gilman trail can take you on your bike from Sammamish all the way to Seattle.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home over the Thanksgiving holidays. Our extended family traveled to the area to celebrate at my sister's house located nearby. We rented this home for the family to have a comfortable residence near to her home. We couldn't have asked for a better property and experience. Evelyn was a hospitable owner and met me at the property and explained everything. The house was just beautiful with every amenity imaginable. I only wish we had spent more time there to get to use all of them. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful family gathering or group trip.

Summary: We had an amazing family vacation at this stunning home. The house, backyard and property are simply breathtaking. The house is skillfully decorated - both beautiful and incredibly comfortable (and no fancy things within little kids’ reach!). We had plenty of space for extended family and the house had simply everything we could ever want, plus so many thoughtful extras. The pool and outdoor areas feel like a five star resort. The owner, Evelyn, is delightful and offered great suggestions on nearby activities. We made so many priceless family memories at this incredibly property.

Summary: Our family had a lovely trip and really enjoyed this house and its amenities. The property is private yet convenient to lots of places. We hiked, visited Seattle, mountain biked, and spent lots of time in the pool/hot tub! The owners were thoughtful and easy to contact. This is a great property!

Summary: This house was great for a multigenerational family vacation (10 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). The home was clean, kitchen was stocked, pool was awesome, the backyard was an oasis, and we felt very secure while being secluded. Hiking and grocery stores were nearby. Evelyn was extremely responsive and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Awesome experience! One some properties, the pictures shown on the listing are the highlights, but in this home everywhere you look uncovers a new and interesting detail. The beautiful yard and pool area makes for a wonderful gathering space, and should the weather turn bad, there's a lot to explore on the many model ships and art inside. The hosts were great, giving us an overview of the property and answering questions as they came up. Would highly recommend this space to others, and would gladly return should the opportunity permit.

Summary: The house was as described, beautiful spotless,, well stocked , with plenty of room for my family of 7 adults, 2 infants and a 5 year old. The setting is park like. The pool was great, warm. We used the hot tub as well. The house had everything ew could ask for and extremely comfortable Eve;lyn and Paul were accommodating and accessible. We would come back in a heartbeat.
