Summary: Good, safe location close to Rogers Centre. Compact layout, not a lot of room, but a lot of closet space. Nice view of the city & water, free parking. Stingy with towels and wash clothes, lighting in small bedroom is awful. In need of some minor repairs, but overall pretty good. A party was going on the last night of our stay directly above us that kept us up until 1:00 am! Communication was not good except when they wanted more money for cleaning! I would probably rent again.

Summary: The place smelled of mildew, floors were dirty, walls were dirty, windows didn’t work, 2 wash cloths for 4 people. I tried emailing back resolution team but it wouldn’t deliver. I’ve used Hotels.com for years and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I have no idea how this place is allowed on as an option.

Summary: A great stay. The place was comfortable, roomy, clean. Washer and dryer in suite which is a bonus for families. The host was great, no issues with communication. We would stay again!
