Summary: Joes property is absolutely beautiful. We booked a 3 night stay with a other property but upon checking in the place was a disaster and we could not stay there. So now our weekend was ruined and off to a hotel. I messaged Joe and asked if his property was available that night and for the rest of the weekend. He got back to us and we were able to stay at this absolutely beautiful house on the water on a few hour notice. We were in New York for a family member funeral which was already stressful enough and then the disastrous first rental. After the weekend was over besides seeing family, Joe and his property was the highlight of the trip. Thank you Joe for giving us a beautiful, calm and peaceful stay during a stressful trip. We will definitely keep Joes information for future trips and referrals to New York

Summary: Clean property had everything we needed for a weekend getaway we came with four kids 6-8-10-13 and two of us we all enjoyed the stay, very well designed property, outdoor is a plus, very safe neighborhood, we went for a walk to the beach and the playground are perfect for all ages, property owner/manager gets 10 communication was perfect, we are planning to come back and hopefully we can get to stay in the same property.Thank you Joe.

Summary: Just as pictured. Beautiful spotless.The backyard is to die for. Loved the Toto toilet and shower was great. Make sure to walk down to the dock. One thing to bear in mind is lots of steps. I’m having knee surgery so it was a little difficult for me but I knew the steps would be there so that’s no reflection on the house. You will love your stay here. I guarantee it.the toy toilet and the shower is beautiful

Summary: What a great home base for my family during Thanksgiving week! This house is everything it says it is and more. I seriously felt like I was a guest visiting family for the week. Too many awesome accommodations to list. The view out of the back windows, the bright coastal vibe, the home/audio setup, the huge/clean hot tub, the insanely awesome master bathrom!! What a neat house! Thanks, Joe for making our trip to the area a memorable one!

Summary: Joe was an amazing and kind host. The house has the most unbelievably scenic backyard, with just incredible natural wild life. Was out of a movie. The house if very well equipped for everything you need and is in an amazing location - walk to beach or to town. Really, really an amazing stay.
