Positive: The Villa was enormous.had high ceilings, enough space for more than eight people (I think) and was situated in the beautiful hills outside of Florence. The city is closeby if you have a car. I could see myself living there!

Negative: Nothing bad to say about it! It was awesome!

Summary: Just great, don't hesitate, book this when it's available! You won't regret it!

Positive: The area was exactly what we wanted, tucked away from the city but close enough to get into the city. Great outdoor space for the kid to play and adults to enjoy the sunshine and outdoor spaces with a great view of the tuscan hills.

Summary: The perfect stay for a quick getaway. Shame we didn't stay longer.

Positive: Very spacious, well equipped and comfortable home! It was a luxurious stay for our family of four. We enjoyed the breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside, even from the bedroom windows! Accommodation is in the town of Grassina, only a short drive from Florence city.

Positive: Beutiful interior, modern and clean. Plenty of space, all you can need is there. AC worked perfectly which was nice with the heat outside. The host and his sister were very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay alot!

Positive: The villa is located in Grassina and requires car to reach. However we are very happy with the stay as it is clean, comfortable and offers us an amazing view of the Grassina hills. The property comes with its own private garden, which is amazing and our kids absolutely enjoyed it. It was also a great experience to be spending time drinking wine or dining outdoors and enjoying the quiet time. The villa is very spacious and has everything necessary. Some of the furnitures are very old and has an authentic rural feel which we appreciate. We enjoyed our stay overall and recommends this place to any family looking for a quiet stay away from the bustling city.

Positive: Modern interior with subtle hints to the history of the building. Warm in winter and lovely view out the main bedroom window.

Negative: Beds and pillows were lumpy. Didn’t have enough towels for 4 people and we had to ask for access/instructions into the property. Be aware that the address on Booking.com is not the actual address of the property but a location nearby - assumed this was for protection of the home - owner sent actual address prior to our arrival.
