Summary: We had a very nice stay. Wonderful pool, very nice garden and polite Bruno who cared for the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything what you could need. We could recommend this accommodation warmly.

Summary: We stayed at the villa for 6 days and we really enjoyed the experience. The house and the surrounding area were beautiful. Bruno the gardener was an exceptionally nice and helpful man. We would love to be able to visit again.

Summary: Laura's property is simply magic. The villa welcomes you with a nice cypress alley, for you then to uncover an incredible view over the whole coast towards Elba and Corsica. Friends of ours had joined us for a full week and we were therefore 8 of us - 4 adults / 4 children. When questioned, here is what the children (teenagers aged 12 to 18) loved the most: the (gigantic) pool, the overall space, the lounging chairs by the pool, the exterior shower by the pool, the sound system. Well, you get the picture - the pool and its surroundings were the main drag for them and that was a clear winner. They just LOVED the place and are eager to come back! As for us, the adults, pool was obviously great too, either for the morning swim or to play with the children. The main souvenir, however, will be the silence of the place, its quietness and seclusion, away from the noisy crowd, making it so relaxing - exactly what we needed for our holidays. Remote but not too much either - the village of Suvereto for our groceries is 10 minutes down the road. The beach is another 15'. The rooms are very spacious and all feature an en-suite, ensuring individual privacy. Despite the heat, the house always remained cool enough and we never had trouble sleeping at night. The kitchen is super well-equipped and there are many different options where to eat in the property. Laura's property is not a rental property - it is HER own holiday house and it makes the whole difference. The quality of the materials and the furniture, the neat decoration, the availability of every possible pan and cutlery contribute to that feeling of being home (or wishing it were yours...). Despite being a pretty large party, there has never been one occasion when we thought we were too tight on space - there is always a place where to hang out, be it the pool, the shaded terrace, the lounge, a bedroom. For the more courageous there was the morning jog, available at hand in the hill range behind the house before it gets too hot to run. Laura proved to be a fantastic host, very reactive or proactive in her communication, always making sure we would be satisfied with our stay. We thank her so much for having us this summer - probably one of the most relaxing and entertaining family & friends holidays ever. THANK YOU.
