Summary: What can I say…… the whole process from booking the villa to leaving was 5*. Communication with Bruno, leading up to the holiday, was superb and responded very quickly to any messages sent. The villa it’s self was spectacular!! We could not ask anymore from this villa and actually felt privileged staying there! Raul, the property manager, was always on hand to answer any questions during our stay. To summarise, we all had a fabulous holiday and we were all sad leaving this villa to come home. Thank you Bruno for our holiday and the memories made during our stay there!!!

Summary: Modern, clean and well equipped property. Raul the home manager was excellent, he was very helpful. Bruno the owner was also quick to reply when contacting him. We did have a few technical issues with the internet and tv, which took a lot of effort and several days to resolve. However we enjoyed our stay and would recommended the property to others.

Summary: Family of 8, ranging from 1 to 70 year old. Villa was immaculate. Kitchen had everything. BBQ was excellent. Everything in villa worked. Beds were very comfortable. Aircon worked great. Showers were great. Location is perfect. 7 min walk to a lovely beach, supermarket and some really nice bars and restaurants. Neighbours were very nice as well. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Games room was fantastic and we even had a little disco using the lights provided. Bruno the owner, always responded quickly and was always helpful. Raul who looks after property locally couldn’t have done more for us. Easily the best villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 on all fronts.

Summary: It takes more than just a beautiful property to turn a summer vacation into a memorable forever-experience. The location, the management, the care, the support, the weather, all contributed to a fantastic time in villa Bruhill. The house is a 10 minute walk to Lo Pagan's beach, on Mar Menor, and it takes you through a genuine small town, Spanish neighborhood ("barrio") that is hard to find when visiting a country. On our first walk to the local fishmarket, our kids befriended local kids and they played together almost daily during our stay. Services and businesses (convenience store, bakeries, fruit stores, etc.) were all within walking distance and the locals were always very friendly. The villa is in a new development, populated by seasonal foreigners, but is just a couple of streets away from the more traditional barrio where locals and Spaniards stay. Mediterranean beaches are just a 5-minute drive away, but they can as easily be reached by bike, available at the villa. These beaches are huge, beautiful, with crystal·dear water and harmless (no rip currents, no waves). There is a large shopping center 5 minutes away by car, open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 10 PM. About the villa: The entire house was very clean and it was easy to maintain it that way thanks to its open-space design and very smart furniture choice. Light pours in from everywhere and a very well designed cooling system keeps the selected internal temperature stable. Electric blinds provide light control and privacy. Everything in this house worked and there were no unpleasant surprises, which is what one looks for when vacationing. The entire house is very spacious and feels modern-luxurious. There is a downstairs space that is awesome, both practically and aesthetically. It has a huge play space with fuss ball, pool and ping pong tables, and a relaxing living room space with very comfortable seating furniture. The lighting system makes you forget that there are no windows in that space. The outside pool partially wraps around the house and has a very nice dining space in the middle, which we used every day. From this outdoor patio we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening. The gated parking space provides comfortable room for two cars, with the option of street parking. Above all, though, the property manager stood out for his professionalism, dedication and hospitality. A local man who genuinely tries to make you feel appreciated and at home.

Summary: We visited Villa Bruhill in February/March 2018. It was everything we expected from the photos. Hyper modern design and furnishings and very clean. You get what you see on the photos. The pool was very inviting, but the winter weather did not allow us to use it. The games room in the basement is an added bonus. In good weather you have everything you need in the villa. In winter time the area is quite deserted and many facilities are closed. We understand this changes drastically when the weather gets warmer. The owner has done a fantastic job in presenting touristic information about the area, complete with daytrip suggestions with photos. We took several of them. You will need a car when you rent this villa.

Summary: This villa is in excellent condition. The cleanliness and the location of the villa was perfect out family of 5 plus grand parents. Nice location and easy walk to the beach. The local town has many restaurants and bars to accommodate all types of food selections. The villa has the luxury of 2 air conditioning controls allowing the upstairs and downstairs to be determined by those sleeping in the upstairs or downstairs. The owner also was brilliant in purchasing a BBQ prior to our arrival allowing us to enjoy cooking outside and enjoying our meals by the pool. I would recommend this villa to family and friends and to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay with all of the accommodations that you can think of. Thank you for making this holiday a relaxing and sun loving location
