Summary: Very disappointed with this property and the host, Mayra Hernandez. The host is very unresponsive. I texted and called her multiple times, with no response. She only sent me the template instructions & rules for the property without answering my questions. Including that I need to ensure that the pool cleaning equipment is left in the pool or it could burn out the pump motor at which time I would incur a $$$$ charge despite it not being in the pool or operating at the time of check-in. I rented this property on Memorial Day weekend for family to gather and enjoy the pool & jacuzzi. Upon arriving, I saw that the pool was filthy with dirt and debris floating on the water’s surface and on the bottom of the pool. The pool cleaning equipment was not operating. The jacuzzi was in worse condition with algae build-up and bird feces everywhere. The pool’s pump filtering system sounded like it was running, however, there was no movement in the water. I texted Mayra. No answer. I called Mayra. No answer. The Refrigerator & freezer had been set on OFF and no instructions were given on how to turn it on as our food items languished in room temperatures. The Game Room was full of broken toys. The TVs are all 32” (NOT 65”) The Fire Pit did not work (no propane), despite 3 empty tanks strewn about the back yard. The hot water ran out after only a few guests showered. The Kitchen sink water pressure was a mere trickle. Overflowing trash cans on the side of the house. And much, much more!

Summary: Other than a few minor irritants, our stay (with family members ages 3 to 72) was excellent. The hot tub and heated pool were most enjoyable -even in November. [The written instructions for the pool heater could be improved for clarity.] There was plenty of room to spread out, and also cozy places to congregate and visit. The host was fast and attentive to our questions. A good choice for a family meetup. The quiet, upscale neighborhood provided a nice setting. We were thankful for the ample parking.

Summary: Big house. NOT LUXURY PROPERTY. If you want a big house and don’t mind broken toilet, water damaged, peeling ceiling, a bbq with so much grease in the pan it catches fire, beds with plastic covers on mattresses, WITHOUT the cushion of a mattress bad so whenever you move it makes a crunching sound, NO top sheets, only comforters/duvet covers, several bathrooms with either broken or no toilet paper holders at all, then this is the house for you. The space is great-however, the owner was unwilling to send a plumber because she didn’t want to have the expense, went dark on any communication the second day of our 6 night stay. In good conscience, I can’t allow this experience to be kept quiet for the customers who will be potentially spending thousands to stay. My hope is she will make necessary repairs/upgrades, or at least be forthright with all the issues. If she does, it will be amazing.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, celebrating my Mom’s weekend birthday celebration. The house is very comfortable and nicely decorated. All items necessary for a comfortable stay are provided. The property manager is very nice and helpful. She is responsive to questions before and during your stay. Will stay here again.
