LOYALIST HOUSE is a 4 bedroom luxury bespoke vacation home on a quiet 8 acre country lot with spectacular views of the Bay of Quinte in beautiful Prince Edward County, Ontario Canada. Great location that is an ideal home base for exploring the county. Loaded with extra amenities: Pool Table, Home Theatre, Outdoor Volleyball and other outdoor games, Sandbank passes and an outdoor fireplace.

Loaded with extra amenities: Volleyball, Badminton, outdoor games, Pool Table, separate Movie Room for rainy days, and a beautiful outdoor wood burning fireplace under a covered patio (firewood included), 2 Sandbanks Park Passes.
Our vacation home has been designed, furnished and equipped with your stay in mind. Our home is 4500 square feet, with 4 master suites, a gourmet kitchen, a great room, a family room with a pool table and TV, and a separate movie room. There are 4 different outdoor sitting areas, one of which includes a covered patio with an outdoor wood fireplace. It sleeps up to 10 and has plenty of room inside and out.
Each spacious bedroom includes luxury beds, linens and towels, a lounge chair, a full private ensuite and walk in closet. Each bedroom also has a desk & chair and high speed internet connection.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all connected and provide beautiful, ever changing views of the Bay of Quinte. The living room is stocked with a diverse selection of books for you to enjoy while warming up to the large fireplace. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably, all with arm chairs, and opens onto the back deck with a double sliding door system. The glass railing provides unobstructed views. Top of the line appliances, soap stone counter tops, a massive island makes this multi-chef gourmet kitchen a pleasure to create stunning meals, quick snacks, or a picnic lunch for an outing at Sandbanks beach.
The covered patio is just outside the kitchen and provides an outdoor dining and sitting area with the added feature of a wood burning fireplace. A Weber barbecue is set up for those who prefer to grill.
The nine foot pool table, couches, and a TV with games like Wii and Kinect are ready for you to enjoy in the family room. A double sliding door provides loads of light and a walk out to another patio. The kitchenette with a full sized fridge and microwave is beside the family room which makes it easy to prepare snacks and drinks.
A separate movie room has comfortable reclining lounge chairs for viewing movies. There are hundreds of movies to choose from or bring your own blue ray or dvd movies, or connect the system to your laptop which is great for viewing family photos together.
Outside there is lots of room to play. You will find a full size volleyball court. We have volleyballs, badminton rackets, soccer balls and other fun outdoor games.
Loyalist House is within a 15 minute stroll from a wonderful Cafe-Brasserie and a full restaurant on Lake on The Mountain. Waupoos Winery and restaurant is a 10 minute drive away. Picton with all it's lovely shops and restaurants is a 10 minute drive. It will take you 20 minutes to drive / explore through the countryside to reach beautiful Sandbanks Provincial Park. 2 Sandbanks Passes are included.

Summary: thank you so very much Val for your vrbo rental . a great home to host our friends for our daughters wedding at Waupoos winery. A 10/10 . not many properties that can accommodate 4 couples with all large bedrooms and each an ensuite. too busy to use all of the amenities but hope to be back again

Summary: Property is just like the pictures, the bedrooms were bigger than we expected. Each bedroom had its own bathroom Property was beautiful in a great location. We had an issue with park passes but val made sure we had them before our park visit. It was very easy to get a hold of the property manager and they were very helpful. They also gave us a great dinner recommendation which we all loved.

Summary: All four couples were celebrating anniversaries. It was wonderful each having our own bedrooms with an ensuite. The home was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. Two restaurants close by which had delicious menus. Would definitely recommend this home.
