Positive: The property was well equipped and clean. We would have welcomed a quick tour of the property and facilities offered on our arrival.

Negative: There was no parking at the property, we had to park 7-10 mins away, depending on availability of on street parking nearby, which proved hard work with a one year old, pushchair and the usual paraphernalia that you have to take every time you go out. It was a long walk to town. We didn't see the host in the 2 days we were at the property but the host did reply to text messages. The property had 2 bedrooms, one had a double bed, but you were unable to get down either side and had to access it from the bottom of the bed, the room was very cramped, the other bedroom was a nice size and had room for a cot. The heating was on a pre-set timer which only came on in the early evening for a few hours which meant for a chilly stay with a baby. We also had issues obtaining hot water. I would respectfully suggest the availability of a stair gate at the bottom and top of the very steep staircase for safety reasons, and obtaining a parking permit for the property to aid an easier stay for the guest.
