Positive: The location is extremely good.. right next to London’s excellent bus network which connects conveniently to the tube system. A grocery store right across the street, an exceptional Lebanese restaurant practically right below, and an amazing and reasonably priced French restaurant two minutes away.

Negative: Not too much… bring your own soap.

Summary: This is the place to stay if you want reasonably priced, comfortable accommodation in London

Positive: In these days of trying to navigate door codes and text messages, it was a lovely surprise to be met by a very welcoming and helpful young man. I immediately felt welcomed and well-cared-for.

Negative: Lack of instructions for the coffee maker.

Summary: I was welcomed into a very attractive modern flat and had a windy evening walk by the river Thames.

Positive: Muhammad was very accomdating as I was arriving very late and he made self check in very simple for me. Appartment was clean and well located. Parking was convient in the underground car park at the appartment complex.

Positive: + Relatively new apartment with fully furnished kitchen + The host was very helpful + The location has great access to public transport, also within a long walk from the center, and with a few restaurants nearby + The price is commensurate to the apartment

Negative: - The description of the apartment is incorrect: the size of the apt is definitely not 80 sqm (closer to 50), the extra-large double is rather extra small, there is no sky pool or garden or terrace - Sleeping is an issue: the double-bed is very small (smallest I have ever seen - about 130cm wide), the couch in the living room is also small, and the air conditioning requires keeping the window open, making the apartment very noisy - The furnishing is very basic (especially bathroom), the lightbulbs were just hanging from the ceiling in couple of rooms, and the ceiling is pretty low, even for London standards - The apartment is quite dark and the cleanliness is mediocre

Positive: Muhammad was great. He made sure l had everything l needed for a fantastic stay. The facilities in the flat were good including the washing machine. The accommodation was in a superb location close to a shop for supplies, lovely walks, places to eat and close to an underground.
