Summary: Nine of us OU alumni stayed in this house for our first reunion in Athens in about 20 years, and it was perfect. Beautiful house, spacious bedrooms and common areas, plenty of seating, excellent air conditioning, and a nice sense of seclusion just a short drive from uptown Athens. Tip for future visitors, not every restaurant will deliver there. But Avalanche Pizza will, and that’s really all you need isn’t it?

Summary: I would definitely recommend this place for a large group. The house is spacious and well appointed. The hot tub was great and the listing was just as described. Super close to downtown Athens.

Summary: This lovely house met all our needs. We ranged in age from 40 to 90. Easy access for 90-year-old, she even made it to the fire circle up the hill with assistance. Appreciated the walk-in showers. Kitchen was very well equipped including a spice rack. Easy access to state park and town for supplies. We enjoyed hiking on the old logging road. Fall colors were gorgeous from front porch. We are likely to return.
