Negative: People around us kept slamming the doors and it was extremely loud, whole room was shaking. We contacted owner and he was willing to assist straight away by offering other room.

Positive: ‎ ‎I had the pleasure and good fortune to choose 'Luxury Room' for my stay in Alula. ‎It is a beautiful studio in a modernization building and very conveniently located. Everything is brand new and of the highest standard. The bed is amazing and the bathroom extremely large and very well equipped. ‎The owner has obviously taken great pride and care in choosing the interior decoration and furnishings. The linens and towels are also top quality. The building and Studio were spotlessly clean, bright and airy. I had excellent communication with the owner throughout the booking and Samir the young man taking care of the building was so kind and helpful. Having stayed in many very good Booking.com accommodations over the years I truly found Luxury Room to be above and beyond all my expectations. ‎ ‎Robert from France ‎
