Positive: It was a one-night stay at this modern property in Velika Kladuša. The decor is impeccably chosen and creates a truly upscale feel. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. While the refrigerator in my room wasn't working, they quickly resolved the issue by allowing me to use another refrigerator, which I appreciated.

Negative: Finding the property initially proved a little tricky, as my navigation system led me astray. However, after a quick message to the host, I received a prompt and helpful description of the location, which was far more accurate than my GPS.

Positive: Convenient to the border crossing, (as we had a 2 hr wait), it was just a 5 minute drive to it, if that. Clean,and nice designs.
