Summary: Stunning home right on the open ocean. Easy walk into West End which is by far our favorite part of the island. We can't over-emphasize the advantage of being able to walk into town. Amazing diving as usual this year. Dove with West End Divers and even saw two Seahorses, which is a rare treat.

Summary: The photos perfectly capture the beauty and serenity of Vivaro Roatan West End South House. We loved listening to the gentle waves, cooling off in the pool, and relaxing in the shade. Our meals were enjoyed on the outdoor patio, where the sights and sounds of the water, wildlife, and birds kept us company. It was the idyllic place to spend a fantastic week with friends, and the staff—especially Matt and Tanya—were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Great local restaurants, grocery, and other stores with friendly locals a short 5 minute walk away.

Summary: First, the house/pool are incredible, the pictures don’t begin to do it justice. House is very well maintained and the views from the pool are amazing. Second, they make the stay incredibly easy so you don’t have to worry about a thing. From transportation to activities, they have personnel for everything and will coordinate on your behalf. Summary: I can’t state how great this house was and how great the service was as well. We had two families (4 parents and 6 teenagers) stay for 7 nights. There was plenty of room and design of house is perfect. Accordion style back door lets breeze flow through main living. We found ourselves enjoying the pool and sunsets each evening after a full day of diving, snorkeling or fishing. We had a really great time at the house and will be back. It was great being so close to West End but I’m glad we didn’t stay right there in Half Moon Bay all the time…it was great to have the pool to ourselves every evening watching the sunset after activities. We dove with Roatan Divers 4 days (7 dives) and then did the Shark dive with Sergio the last day before we left. Did on day with Ruthless Roatan going to Cayos Cochinos snorkeling and fishing. Everyone enjoyed the sloths and zip line as well. Marty was a staple on the trip driving and giving insights to the island. We used him for all transportation we needed and feel we have a friend on the island with him. We had his wife Loretta cook one night and that was our best meal for the week for sure. She made a u believable coconut shrimp, lobster, beans, rice and pie. Matt the property manager was always quick with responding. I didn’t expect the service from him and the cleaning crew and pool services; we had them all there several times during the week to check on us. Roatan is truly beautiful and if you are coming with two families this house is a no brainer. I will definitely be back!

Summary: We could not recommend Vivaro South House enough! We had a group of 8 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of space. The views from the pool were absolutely breathtaking and the house is a quick 5 minute walk from all of the restaurants and stores in West End. The walk into West End is also well lit, and we felt very safe, even walking at night. This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in! Do not hesitate to book! As soon as we landed, Marty was there to welcome us to the island and drive us to our house. He even stopped at a grocery store on our way for us! Marty made our stay in Roatan so seamless and easy. He was available to drive us anywhere on the island, and quickly became like family to us. I would highly recommend using him for all of your transportation needs. We also booked a private snorkeling excursion with Captain R's Charters and Tours and had the BEST time! His boat departed and returned just a 5 minute walk from the house, so very accessible and easy! We saw sting rays, sea turtles, so many fish, and even got to hold Starfish! It was some of the best snorkeling we have ever done. We also recommend booking a private meal with Chef Blackie! Her food is absolutely delicious! If you don't want to book a private meal, she has her own restaurant right up the road from the house that is open for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Vivaro. We felt the pride and love of the island in this place. Walking in felt like walking into a luxury hotel waiting room, with open windows and doors and a beautiful breeze and beautiful background. We stayed in the pool every day for hours just enjoying the view and peacefulness. We usually love staying in West End for the food and activities, however, I don't like the loud music at night. This place was far away from the loud bars and all I heard was the ocean waves. I was also close enough to walk into town and enjoy my most favorite local restaurants (Anthony's chicken and Sandy Buns). We also enjoyed walking a less than five minutes down the road to Seagrapes dive shop, which had a lovely dock and multiple good size boats. Overall the best place we've stayed at in Roatan. We have been to Roatan for the scuba diving many times in the last five years. Some very nice places as well, but this was the best overall due to location, comfort, and cost. This place makes you never want to leave the house. We will definitely come back to this place multiple times. Some house pros: I loved the beds and pillows (I prefer firmer, yet softer beds with squishy pillows). Huge laundry room. Gourmet Kitchen with everything you need to cook with. Walk-in showers. AC units in every room and ceiling fans. Filtered water in bathrooms and Kitchen. Backup generator for Island power outages. Secluded in a private gate and parking area. Cons: None.

Summary: Absolutely beautiful property, right on the water and easy walk into the heart of West End. It’s a little bit ill advised to go in the water right in front of the house due to some jagged rocks, but West End bay is just short walk away for a swim. Other than this, pool is immaculate, decks great for relaxing, great kitchen for cooking, and the staff friendly and helpful. Home fit our family of 6 no problem. We highly recommend.

Summary: Vivaro Roatan is fantastic in every sense of the word! We stayed at the South House for about a week. The pictures don't do it justice. The house is huge! Bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen living area has enormous vaulted ceilings and opens up fully to the outside...with and option to close it. It's all the space you'll ever need and we were a family of 7...3 adults and 4 kids. One of the best parts is that it's a 5-10 min walk into town(West End) where all the restaurants/bars, beach and dive shops are. Matt, who was managing the property was very helpful and arranged everything we needed for our trip and was reachable via phone or WhatsApp(which is the app that pretty much everyone on the island uses to communicate, including restaurants and water taxis. We can't wait to go back!
