Summary: Very specula home for our family vacation to Boston. Fun to explore the shore during low tide. Close to transit station making travel into the city easy. Well stocked with basic cooking needs. Highly recommend this home.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this property for my daughter’s graduation from Boston University. The property is amazing. Very clean, updated and well maintained. Cozy fireplaces. It sits on the bay and the sunrises are unbelievable. I included some pictures. This place is definitely a gem. The property manager Susan is very nice and attentive and checked in to be sure our needs were met.

Summary: This is an absolutely beautiful property; the best we've ever stayed in. The view is stunning. The rooms are spacious and each bedroom has it's own full bath. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is stocked beyond expectations including waffle iron, mixer, etc. which we used all. The host was very responsive when we discovered there was no propane in the BBQ very quickly replacing the tank so we could grill the steaks we had purchased. We had an absolutely delightful stay and would love to return if the property remains on VRBO.

Summary: We stayed there as a family for the long Easter weekend, to follow and cheer our son who was running in the Boston Marathon. The location was perfect, less than 30 minutes from Boston Common by car or transit. The house was beautiful, with all the necessary amenities, and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Susan was very quick to respond to all queries. A must stay.

Summary: We had a great stay in the Bayside Jewel. The owner was courteous, available and so helpful! The property is exactly as advertised, fully stocked, and so comfy for our group of 5 adults, one toddler and one infant. The location was convenient for our needs. The garage was a stellar asset and large enough to fit our Grand Wagonerr! We highly recommend this property, its owners and managers!!! Our only disappointment in our trip was the weather. We came a but too early seasonally and the rain all week kept us from fully enjoying all this beachside property has to offer!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay at Luxury Bayside Jewel in Squantum, MA, over the holidays, and I cannot recommend this property enough. From the start, the property manager, Susan, made the experience seamless. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions before and during the trip, addressing even the smallest details—like when and where to put the trash out—with patience and care.The home itself exceeded all expectations. Thoughtful touches made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, such as the thermostat being set to a cozy temperature for the winter weather, bottled water ready for us after a long day of travel, and even wine in the wine fridge (though we didn’t indulge, it was a lovely gesture). We especially appreciated the coffee station, complete with all the essentials like milk, honey, and sugar, making it easy to settle in and relax immediately.The house was equipped with everything a family could need. There were plenty of towels, bedding, and blankets, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, pots, pans, and cooking staples like spices and salt. This made hosting and preparing meals effortless. The property also featured great internet, TVs in multiple rooms, games for entertainment, and more.Knowing Susan was just a message away gave us peace of mind, and her excellent management ensured there were no issues to worry about during our stay.Our time at Luxury Bayside Jewel was a perfect way to spend Xmas time with family!

Summary: This house is spectacular in every way. The view is just great. Everything about the house is new. Comfy beds and plenty of towels. In addition, they had a pack n play and a high chair for our grandson (6 months old). The house is a 30 to 45 minute drive to downtown Boston. Just perfect!!

Summary: We can to stay for a conference in Boston. The house was beautiful and it was in a neat location. However, the listing stated that there were 5 bedrooms with 5 beds. When we arrived, we found out that there was only 4 beds. Therefore, one of my coworkers and I had to share a king size bed. When I tried to discuss this with the owner, he insisted that this was an error on VRBO side. I was hoping for some form of compensation for the inconvenience but have yet to hear back anyone.
