Summary: This a beautiful and spaciousvproperty that has not changed a bit over the last few years that we have rented from him. Comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, gorgeous views, and a very close to restaurants shopping and skiing. It is much newer and more modern than the majority of properties that are ski and ski out. If you don’t mind a short drive to the slopes, this is an impeccable location.

Summary: Very nice property with great view. Comfortable and plenty of room. The complex is easy to get to and very convenient to town. Road is wide and paved two lanes which is great in the mountains. The complex has beautiful garden/landscspimg. We had a soft grassy lawn for morning yoga with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Big patio with lots of space. Brian was very responsive and helpful!

Summary: Property is as described and on the first floor and an end unit. Great views and very clean. Just minutes to the traffic light in Banner Elk by car. Balcony is great for relaxing and rooms are spacious. Check in was a breeze! Stay was much enjoyed.
