Positive: The entire cabin exceeded our expectations. From the time we walked in to the time we left it was fabulous. The kids really enjoyed the hot-tub. We will be back

Negative: The only issue which was not an issue was the ceiling fan in my room with the glass doors was dusty. But that didn’t affect our beautiful stay

Positive: The property had plenty of beds for everyone. The contact person for the property was very quick to respond with issues that we had. We also loved the cows that came up each morning.

Negative: We had to contact them regarding no sheets for pull out beds and pillow cases for some pillows. The pool table at the property was not the one in the picture. The pool table there was very wobbly and had holes in some of the pockets. It was one of the reasons we chose that property. The jacuzzi jets in the master bath didn’t work. There was food in the couch downstairs when we pulled it out and there were game pieces and “debris” under the couch.

Summary: With a bit of cleaning we had a nice visit with family at the cabin.

Negative: Great place for family gathering. WIFI almost nonexistent. if you like to cook, bring your own pots pans, etc. Some maintenance issues in kitchen too specific to list here but will try to pass on to host.

Positive: Gorgeous location, very glad to be on the south side of the Smoky mountains. Wonderful cabin home with everything one might need for a very comfortable stay away from home.

Negative: Internet was slow, but we weren't there for the internet so it didn't really matter to us. Driveway was a bit steep, no problem in the summer but we wouldn't have made it in our two wheel drive van in the winter.

Positive: Beautiful views and cabin. Roads to the cabin were easily accessible and location was easy to find. Quiet and cozy! Loved the gas fireplace and wraparound porch! Host was quick to respond to texts and even forewarned me of internet connectivity issues he was working to resolve with his ISP.

Negative: Roku TV signal went in and out frequently. Host was aware and explained lightening had caused damage for ISP. Working with company to resolve. And, pool table was damaged and unstable. Host was contacted and was already aware and a new pool table had already been ordered. Just awaiting delivery. Damage was recent and potentially from guests that stayed just before our visit.

Summary: Loved the location, cabin and views! Would definitely stay again!
