Come stay in our luxurious mountain hideaway. The Cabin in the Trees is a peaceful retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Northeast Georgia/western North Carolina, just two hours from Atlanta and Asheville, and minutes from the most exciting attractions the mountains and Lake Chatuge have to offer.
Our three bedroom, 3-1/2 bath full log home on about 2-1/2 acres sleeps eight comfortably in beds. Two bedrooms and two full baths are on the main floor, including the king master suite. One king bedroom suite w/bath are on the walk-out terrace level. The loft includes a half bath with 2 twin beds. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains while enjoying the big screen LED TV, napping in the king size bed, or while you are sitting comfortable at the dining room table enjoying a meal.
You can enjoy unlimited access to movies, documentaries, and TV shows on Netflix and free high speed wireless internet from anywhere on the property.

Summary: The Cabin in the Trees was an easy drive off of NC 69. Location is great to access areas in NW Georgia and Western NC. Absolutely no issues with checking in or during our stay! The cabin is roomier than it seems from the website. The upstairs living area with gas logs is very cozy and relaxing for chilly nights and mornings. The upper back porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view. The glider chairs are perfect!

Summary: We came in to visit my mom who lives nearby and decided to stay at this cabin and it was absolutely beautiful. It was clear that it was well taken care of and was very clean. I've had some bad experiences with other places in the past and it was very refreshing to have such a nice and easy experience.

Summary: This cabin had everything we needed and wanted. It's spacious yet cozy and comfortable. We had plenty of rooms for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed so we could prep our meals. The only issue was that our time there wasn't long enough, but that wasn't the fault of the owners! The next time we take a vacation with a group we'll definitely try to come here!
