Please note nightly rate includes a private Butler service available upon request. This six bedroom house is situated overlooking Hyde Park and is easy walking distance to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations (<2 mins). It is in one of London's ultra-prime areas and is next to the former home of Winston Churchill; Tony Blair (likewise a former British PM) also resides around the corner a few blocks away.
In the living room there is one large corner sofa, two arm chairs and coffee tables; it is a formal living room with a botanical theme. The kitchen / dinning room adjacent is fitted with modern appliances and a dining area that can comfortably seat 8 - extra chairs are located at the property should we wish to seat 10+. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils allowing you to prepare your favourite snack with ease or own a la carte menu. Bedrooms have a mix of standard doubles, queens, kings and super kings - extra pillows can be provided. The house also features three bathrooms; two shower rooms and one with both a bath and shower. In the summer months you can ensure to stay cool with an AC unit on the top floor complemented by our supplied floor fans. On the other hand you can ensure a warm cosy stay in the winter, taking full advantage of the central heating powered by a new (2022 fitted) state-of-the-art powerful boiler.
x4 rollaway single beds can be configured and available upon request to make a total of 10 bed.
Free bicyles (x1 kids, x1 hybrid, x1 tandem) available upon request.
Access to the whole property across the 5 floors.
Linen, bed sheets, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, washing machine capsules etc.) and more will be provided.
