Pier 96 Townhomes are located at the southern part of Lake Greenwood (deepest and clearest water). Bring your own boat or rent one and dock steps from your back door! Master suite has ensuite full bathroom with custom tile shower and dual showerheads. Master has home office space with built in desk so you can work or surf the net with a relaxing lake view. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Bar stools that sit two and a table in the dining room can seat 4. Enjoy sitting on the back deck and relaxing by the lake or take a cool swim in the community pool.

Summary: My family stayed here since my daughter had an All-Star softball tournament in Ninety Six. I picked it incase her team did not move up, and we would still have something to do while we were down. I could had not asked for a more reasonably priced, clean, quiet location! The owner was awesome and the local neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend it!
