Summary: Our group of three couples recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lenexa home, and it truly lived up to our expectations.The home was just as represented in the pictures-spacious, beautiful, and well-stocked. The highlight for us was the three bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms, which provided both comfort and convenience.We even had the delightful experience of hiring a personal chef to prepare a fabulous meal for us. While the dining area boasted a great table, we found that the seating fell a bit short for our group of six, with only four chairs available. Adding a couple more side chairs would definitely enhance the dining experience for larger parties. The outdoor area was inviting with plenty of nice seating, but we did encounter some issues with the hot tub and pool. Upon arrival, we noticed that the filters were blocked with leaves and the sides were filmy with algae. However, after reaching out to the hosts, they responded promptly and sent out a pool crew the next morning, greatly improving the pool's condition and making our outdoor relaxation even more enjoyable. One minor inconvenience was that the main garbage container in the garage was full when we arrived, which meant we had to keep adding to it throughout our stay. However, this did not detract significantly from our overall experience. Overall, our time spent at the Lenexa home was wonderfully relaxing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: We had such a fun time at this house.. the weather allowed us to utilize the outdoor space, and the house had everything we forgot to bring/could've needed. It was very spacious, and the extra bathrooms worked great for a group of girls! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Summary: Beautiful home with a great kitchen and modern appliances. The three king-size beds and separate baths were a treat for our guests. The property manager was outstanding and very responsive. We hired Chef Joshua, and he made us an unforgettable birthday celebration meal. I would stay there again.

Summary: My family of six adults stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. The kitchen was well appointed and clean, allowing us to make breakfast each day and hang out together comfortably. The hot tub was nice and we used it multiple times to relax and talk. The beds were good and we enjoyed our stay enough to say we would come back.

Summary: Our family booked the house for a quick weekend getaway and we were not disappointed. The house itself is gorgeous and modern. Everything was super clean and updated. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Cory was fantastic to deal with and answered all our questions! We will absolutely be looking to return soon! PS. My husband wanted me to mention the amazing surround sound in the living room, it sounds like you are in a movie theatre. 🙂
