Positive: Premises were modern, clean and comfortable. Ante was the perfect host and provided a lovely platter of food for our arrival. Kitchen was very well equipped with a range of spices etc. Bathrooms spacious with excellent water pressure in the showers. Location in a quiet residential area 18 minutes walk to the old center of Split. Ante also put us in touch with his friend to collect us and drop us back to the airport which was very handy. Thank you Ante for the use of your place

Negative: Only downside was the weather which was cold and windy compared to what is normal meaning we did not use the pool which is not heated.

Positive: We stayed in these apartments for 8 nights and were absolutely thrilled with everything - from the thoughtful setup and the high-quality furniture to the perfect location and the warm hospitality of the host. Everything was truly top-notch. Our vacation couldn’t have been better, and we left feeling completely happy and grateful for such a wonderful stay.

Negative: We didn’t find a single downside to this place - absolutely everything suited us perfectly and we truly enjoyed every detail.

Positive: Great apartment, modern, clean and with bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Having the pool was a great bonus. The photos don’t do it justice.

Negative: Nothing to dislike, the apartment was amazing and we’d happily stay again. The only issue I had was the hard beds, but that is just my personal preference.

Positive: Everything - Ante was an incredible host! We were greeted with a beautiful food platter (even beers in the fridge because shops were closed on a public holiday) and then given a tour of the property. The property and pool was exceptionally clean. The villa had everything we needed and more! The location was great, central enough to walk to everything in the old town and harbour, close enough to walk to beaches. Can’t wait to visit again - 10/10, would recommend!

Positive: Could not fault the condition comfort and cleanliness of the property. The host (Ante) was friendly and very accommodating going out the way to be helpful without being intrusive. Ante went out of his way to buy a good quality cot for our daughter which was very appreciated. Parking is available and spacious (no need to stress around the size of your car). Plenty of good locations to eat out within short walk (10 mins/1km). A number of Spar type shops within short distance (200m). Great view from the roof out to sea with the rooftop being a nice place to sit in the sun and relax.

Negative: The pool/rooftop is a little overlooked by the residential properties behind the villa (wasn't a significant issue for us but might for others).

Positive: Really lovely villa, had everything we needed and was very clean. Ante met us at the door with a cheeseboard and was an excellent host the whole time we stayed.

Negative: Nothing. It was exceptional, we would definitely stay again if we were in split.

Positive: We had a lovely welcome from Ante, who was there to greet us and had provided a lovely spread of food and drink. Ante was on hand for any questions we might have, but equally left us alone to enjoy our holiday. The apartment was modern, very well equipped, immaculately clean and comfortable. The pool was also very clean and a lovely temperature. There was plenty of outdoor seating, both up on the roof terrace and downstairs, enabling us to seek sun or shade if we wanted. The location was great as it was very quiet, but in easy distance to beaches, restaurants and shops when we wanted them.

Negative: The bath towels provided were very soft, but were very small, if you like to be able to wrap up in your towel, take one with you.

Summary: Fantastic apartment, great pool, friendly host, quiet location.
