Summary: Had a wonderful stay and the host Lindsay was fantastic in sorting out any of the small problems we experienced. However the house was not at all well cleaned with cobwebs, old receipts tucked behind cupboards from December and crumbs under the settees. The hot tub was so cloudy and dirty and needed the water changing to get it back into a suitable condition to use. The quality of pillows, sheets, and bedding was well below what we would expect. We had to spend a long time cleaning the BBQ before being able to use it. The settees look very old and the fabric is no longer clean. A lovely house but could do with a little update

Summary: We had a great weekend away with three families. We appreciated how well the house was equipped, particularly the kitchen (Crock-Pot, electric griddle, etc) and the amount of towels. It has an incredible view from the living room/deck, viewing the stars from the hot tub was special. It's only a short walk to the hill. The only thing that slightly annoyed us was a "staying fee" that wasn't included in the original quote. We would consider this property again for a trip to Silver Star.

Summary: The property was everything we expected. It was fairly clean (some dust in hard to reach places) the rooms were big and all had bathrooms. The Queen bed was the only issue with beds. it is pretty worn out and may need to be replaced. The oven took a long time to heat up but worked. There were also some screens missing from a few windows. Over all it was a great place and we enjoyed out time there
