Summary: Each year, our family comprised of my wife and self, 3 grown sons and their wives, along with now 3 grandchildren under the age of 3 and growing, take a family trip somewhere. This was our first time to Anna Marie Island and we had a spectacular time. The weather was perfect but more importantly, that Ritz was clean, spacious, the pool area was perfect, and a VERY SHORT walk to the beach. We will return to AMI and hopefully, we'll be able to stay in this same magnificent house!

Summary: Four families (8 adults, 5 teenagers) filled the house but there is so much space it never felt crowded. The kids lived outside, swimming and shooting pool. The walk to the beach is so short there is zero stress about forgetting something and going back. The house is super clean. Service was great. Called for a propane tank and someone was there in 30 minutes. Communication through the week was perfect. We were completely happy with the house.

Summary: We had an amazing four-generation family vacation at The Ritz on AMI. The house provided ample space for our twelve family members to gather and create memories! We especially enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the lower-level pool and recreation area. Since we had young children on this trip, we appreciated the safety features on the doors leading to the pool. The many balconies provided great spots to enjoy gulf views while enjoying a beverage. We had a few issues with kitchen appliances but received prompt communication and service. We would book this house again if traveling to this beautiful island!
