Positive: The staff is very accommodating and easy to talk to. Though they mistakenly booked us for just one yurt but we paid for two, they quickly managed to sort it out and still accomodated us and gave us free breakfast. As per the place, it is really nice. Tents are put up and spaced properly for privacy. We really loved the nature and both sunset and sunrise.

Negative: Their toilets and shower room can be more clean by providing mops on each cubicle. Because after a shower the floors can be really wet for the next person who will use it. Insects can come inside the yurt so be ready for sprays and keep the tent zip closed.

Positive: It was pretty with the lights in and in a nice setting

Negative: The bed was really hard The power bank supplied was dead Our tent floor was soaking wet when we arrived and throughout our stay , we could put our belongings on the floor The toilets are far away and not lit for walking to them in the dark

Positive: Very nice marina, nice cafe, expensive though. Staff were really nice, lovely outside seating around the marina with the barges.

Negative: The toilets block were new, but a mess, by the end of the day. People on the pod site did not understand camping etiquette, keeping everyone up til 1.30am with barking dogs and swearing.. kids screaming.. it wasn't quiet or relaxing. The caravan & camp site followed the rules, and were quiet This was not in our a opinion luxury pods. We forgot our camping chairs, there was nothing to sit on. We had 3 beds for 2 people. Uncomfortable bed.. it was very basic. Clean towels and bedding good. No lights around site if u needed to walk to toilets, apart from a lamp in pod. The cafe wasn't open, so we left,. I thought overall, it's too expensive a night for what it was.

Positive: Toilets and showers were the cleanest we have ever been to. Very well set out. Stayed in a bell tent. Comfortable and peaceful as. Nobody else seemed to be there.

Negative: Staff didn't know what time cafe opens or closed and reception didn't seem to know how to book a boat. A little clueless but polite. Also not much nearby but we liked that.
