Summary: The house is huge and has plenty of room for a big group. We stayed there for a ski weekend. Lots to like, but the house is older so you can hear just about everything going on from any room of the house, and since the house is old, the heat was either too hot to be comfortable or non existent in certain rooms. Pots/pans and knives in the kitchen could be replaced, not ideal if you’re trying to cook a meal for 10 people. The property manager was super quick to respond when we had questions and when we got hit with a big snow storm, we were plowed out in no time at all. Proximity to Killington was great, and not far from other gems. I bet this place is nice in the summer when you can take advantage of the yard and not need to rely on heat. Having to strip our own sheets before leaving is weird since there is a cleaning fee.One major con: they don’t provide any towels. For the price you pay, towels should be included.

Summary: This huge property was perfect for our group of friends. We swam, played in the barn, and enjoyed the massive lawn for sports and games. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. The dining room was big enough for all of us to sit at the table and there were two working refrigerators for all the food and beverages we needed. After reading other review I was concerned about road noise and out of order bathrooms but those weren't an issue at all. The front porch can be noisy with traffic but everywhere else is nice and quiet. The bathrooms all work well, sometimes you have to flush twice. Overall it was an excellent, humongous space and was a great value for what we paid.

Summary: We had a great weekend in this beautiful home and the kids with us were thrilled with the nifty little room off of the jack-and-jill suite that they got to call their own. We enjoyed warm weather, perfect packing snow for building snow-forts in the field, visits to the creek that runs down the side of the field, and, of course, good access to routes to see the solar eclipse. The perfect place to bring the family together for a weekend. One tip: make sure to notice the Wifi password sent out prior to your arrival, you will probably need it as cell coverage was pretty close to non-existent.
