Summary: Lovely 3 bedded home. Very clean and comfortable for 6 people. Could be doing with a bigger couch for 6 people but we made it work. Lovely garden for the dogs and great hot tub to relax in while it’s so cold outside. Only a small walk to Colyumbridge hotel and a 5 min drive to the centre of Aviemore. Street is lovely and quiet so great for a relaxing break. Great walk out the back garden in a wooded area which my dogs enjoyed and so did my 4 year old. Only a small negative was that while we were there the temperatures dipped to -6 outside and the heating in the house kept going off so the house was at times freezing. Overall great stay and we will be back!

Summary: Lovely house - great location for us , cycling and walking on the doorstep. Red squirrels visited the garden daily a real treat . House had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Look forward to coming back .

Summary: We have just had a great, relaxing break at this property. The house is comfortable & has everything we plus some small extras. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Aviemore Center. If you have a dog there are some lovely walks through the woods. Looking forward to booking again.

Summary: The cottage was excellent with everything we needed. The shower in the en-suite was a little small, and no back door to get to the garden and the hot tub was a little annoying. But the garden was an excellent size for the dog to run around, and there was a nice little walk from the back gate in the garden. Would definitely go back, and recommend this place to others.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful stay over Christmas and New Year - right from the moment we entered the property we knew that everything had been considered to make our stay as memorable as possible. The accommodation is spaces and clean and is kitted out with quality furniture. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The property has the benefit of a fantastic hot tub and spacious garden with view of Scot’s pine and heather

Summary: We had a fabulous stay at Delmhor No.3. The place was super cleanly and the hot tub amazing. We had an issue with hot water running out quickly/easily but Jayne the owner quickly got someone out to rectify. Sadly this did happen again later also, as it was our last night we just left it. Would recommend.
