Positive: Very nice and comfortable apartment! Everything needed around: pubs, restourants, supermarket, coffee. Near ti the old city (10-15 minutes walking distance). The host is very cooperative, easy communication. Excellent explalanation for self check-in. I recommend thos place, it is a good option for several days stay in Bergamo.

Negative: It was cold according our standards in the first day. There is no way to control the temperature in the apartment. It is accessible only by the host. After my call he increased the twmperature to the needed level and everything was OK. I think it will be better if guests can control the temperature.

Positive: Great hosts who made you feel welcomed from the moment you book the loft. We had a 3y.o. child travelling with us and the hosts took time to find a best extra bed solution, which we highly appreciated. The step-by-step check-in instructions have been provided at the arrival day. Easy to open and lock the place, no physical keys and no worry to loose them. The loft is beautifully decorated, and has plenty of space for everyone, big bathroom and comfortable beds. The location is just perfect - away from hustle and bustle, yet close to bus stops and 15 min. walk to Bergamo Central Station. There are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area, and the hosts also gave recommendations for places to eat. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

Negative: There is nothing to dislike but couple of things to consider to feel even more comfortable - please keep in mind the slow elevator in the building and a washing machine had a very loud noise during spin, so plan your laundry during the daytime.

Summary: We recommend the loft and would happily book it again .

Positive: Location was excellent, large spacious accommodation, well equipped. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The beds are comfortable

Negative: The apartment was hard to access as the stairs were very steep and lots off them ( there was a lift but this was very slow and unreliable as we found out). The sealant in the shower has black mould that needs replacing. The legs on the couch have been removed and made it uncomfortable to use. The art work around the apartment and lighting was dated. Lots off noise from the street until 3am as people at bars close bye when home The sky light let's in too much light and wakes you up early in the lighter mornings

Positive: Spacious for the family of 4, great location close to nice dining and shopping.

Negative: Value for the money. The apartment temperature felt cold during our winter visit, had to find additional beddings to keep us warm at night. Check in process to the apartment was more complicated than most other places we had traveled to and felt stressful at first check in after long day of travel.
