Positive: Super clean, comfortable, really close to the city center, nice views of the mountains. Little outdoor terrace to enjoy. Parking available. Anastasia was really nice to provide lots of suggestions and recommendations, and a smooth check in.

Negative: A bit overprice for the season and area.

Positive: First of all, great communication with Anastasia. She gave us tons of recommendations and was very quick to respond. The room was very cozy. After long hikes, the large shower with hot water and the super comfortable bed were perfect.

Positive: Alicia was incredible and answered all our questions, going out of her way to find information for us when we had a difficult question. The room was comfortable and clean.

Negative: There is no aircon but opened the windows to help cool down.

Negative: We got the basement budget room, which was a very odd layout. Had to go through a storage area and there was barely room for the two twin beds. Had to ask for towels as only given a single bath towel for two people. There were no supplies for making tea or coffee. There was not even a single glass for water. The entry has you entering from the traffic lanes of a busy street. The keys seem to be generic skeleton keys, which did not provide a sense of safety. Perhaps the other rooms were nice, but this one was a disappointment (and still rather costly).

Summary: Maybe the other rooms are nice, but ours was not. No amenities whatsoever and even had to request towels.
