Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Second, the amenities included were really great. Plenty of supplies for 3-4 days. Third - the location is perfect. Quick 2 block walk into town and 1/2 block down to the creek. Pictures don't do this condo justice - we loved it and can't wait to come back!

Summary: My family of 5 (kids aged 14, 19, 19) stayed in this condo and it was perfect for our vacation in Ouray. Location was amazing as it was a block from Main Street with adequate parking. The condo was spacious and clean. It was well equipped and had everything we needed to make meals and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely stay again if we return to Ouray.

Summary: Loved this place!! Spacious, comfortable, beautiful decor, fantastic equipped kitchen to cook in! First time to Ouray - loved the town and loved this vrbo. Would love to return. No complaints. we didn’t need to communicate much with host, but everything was communicated to us leaving no questions. They were prompt to communicate answering question prior to booking.
