Summary: My family and I (husband, 3 kids, parents, sister, and niece) came to Jacksonville for my graduate school graduation from JU. We loved this home! It was just like the listing. Beautiful, clean, well-maintained, updated finishes, pool, grill, and so much more! After checking in, we noticed the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The owners responded right away and brought Drain-o to the house within an hour. Within a few hours, a maintenance man came to the home and completely (and quickly) resolved the issue. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the owners. All the details were thought of (little swimmers diapers for the kids, high chair, lots of towels, extra blankets, pool floats, laundry detergent, and complementary welcome snacks). If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be staying in this home again!! 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone! Thank you so much for hosting my family and I!

Summary: Hubs and I and our two 9 year old boys just returned from a week long stay in this home, and let me tell you, every square inch of this home was perfect! Why? 1. It was impeccably clean! 2. Beautifully decorated! 3. High end and sturdy furniture 4. Fully stocked home! The owner has stocked this home with all the things! Qtips, bandaides, hairdryer, beach towels, swim diapers, coffee, water, soap, shampoo, toothbrush...bring your own, but if you forgot something, they've got you covered. 5. Linens and bedding was so nice! Soft fabric, big fluffy pillows and goose down comforters in the closets in case you get cold at night. 6. Laundry basket in each closet to collect your dirty/wet clothes - such a nice and thoughtful added touch! 7. Beautiful pool, viewable from the kitchen and living room. It was so nice to let the kids swim while I made breakfast (or lunch/dinner because let's face it, we were in the pool all day, every day!). The surface of the pool is a bit rough and pointy, bring swim shoes for the kids because it did hurt their feet. 8. Excellent location! The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly located to so many restaurants. 9. The hosts surprised us with cheesecake for all from Cheesecake Factory!!! Never in all my renting, and I've rented A LOT of vacation homes - never has a host even come close. This home was wonderful, lock in your reservation right away!!

Summary: As soon as we entered the home, we felt so welcomed and invited to relax and enjoy our time. The host added so many luxurious touches to our stay: like a beautiful welcome basket filled with goodies, a stocked fridge with water bottles, and bath amenities. After spending our day at the beach, we loved coming back home lounging poolside and grilling. The host went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable in the home. We left feeling rejuvenated. We highly recommend this beautiful home.
