Positive: Easy to find. Cosy and quiet. Super clean and tidy inside the property. Comfy beds. Parking with two cars.
Negative: Only if I have to be very picky. Decking might needs some love. It's getting manky. Some lightnings around the house dont work. New light bulbs needed.

Positive: Charming property close to shops and services but also close to countryside walks. A generous basket of wine and snacks was provided. The property is clean, spacious and very well equipped.
Negative: We were disappointed not to be able to use the balcony despite numerous attempts to unlock the balcony door and further instructions (including a video demonstration) from the managing agents. This suggests a simpler door locking mechanism is needed. The downstairs is quite cluttered and could be presented in a more streamlined way. While we were there the nearby main road was closed for maintenance work; not sure if traffic noise would be a problem if this road was in use.

Positive: Very comfortable beds, quality bed linen and towels, comfortable sofas, roomy and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of Denby tableware, spacious & tastefully decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, lots of books about the local area, good communication and prompt return of my deposit.
Negative: It was tricky to use the balcony as the doors are difficult to operate and then the balcony itself was in need of a bit of attention as I imagine it's almost always in the shade. There was no Information book but plenty of instructions dotted around. We were surprised not to have recycling facilities in the kitchen and no empty cupboards to store our food, however the goodies & wine which were left out for us were a real bonus. Thank you.

Positive: The location and property were perfect for our stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful from booking through to checkout. The property is in a quiet area and is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Everything we could have needed was provided as part of the booking; the hosts seemed to have thought of everything - even a coffee machine in the bedroom and some games in the living room. There are three toilets in the property which is useful for a group of four. The upstairs bedrooms have plenty of natural light and the beds were very comfortable. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely want to return. Thank you!

Positive: The Coach House was immaculate, spacious and had all the essentials (and more) that would be needed for a short break. Communications from the hosts Michelle & Naomi were good. The Coach House is a perfect location for exploring the Cotswolds. Could not fault it and hope to return some day.
Negative: All good - no issues.
Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at the Coach House and I would highly recommend.

Positive: Location was perfect for us and the property size ideal. Furnishings and decor were lovely and very comfortable. As former residents of Charlton Kings this property was absolutely perfect for our visit and we will be back.
Negative: Not much really - the large fridge in the living room is a bit odd but I suspect it does a roaring trade during Race Week!

Positive: This is a lovely place to stay. It’s really beautifully decorated and well equipped. With a lovely hamper upon arrival, coffee machine and plenty of utensils, soap and toilet rolls, ensuring you are well set up for your stay. The bedrooms and mattresses are so comfortable; and duvet is like sleeping under a cloud. The shower is lovely and plenty of towels available. It’s brilliantly located - short drive / Uber into Cheltenham; or Stow etc.
Negative: We loved it all.
