4 Bedroom House in Campbell

Spacious, quiet, carbon-neutral luxury home with hardwood floors and a solar-heated fenced-in pool complete with water feature.
We have a brand new washer/dryer set. Crib available upon request.
Our home has four comfortably spacious named bedrooms. They are:
Master: Lighthouse (King bed)
'Pool': Bangkok (Twin over Full bunkbed)
'Front': Lisbon (Queen bed)
'Center': Marseille (Full bed)
All four rooms have walk-in closets, blackout curtains, heated bathroom floors, hot water bidet sprays, and smart TVs (50", 55", 55", 65"). The large living room also has a 70" smart TV and 7.1 surround sound.
The Master bath has a large walk-in shower with two shower heads, and a very large separate tub with air jets and a heated back. Marseille and Bangkok have walk-in showers, and Lisbon has a whirlpool massage tub. All four comfortably spacious bedrooms are suites. The Master and 'front' bedroom have completely private baths. One bedroom shares the bathroom with the house, and the last shares its bathroom with the pool.
Note that there are six security cameras on the OUTSIDE ONLY, including the sides, driveway, and pool areas. If you have any questions about them, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Summary: Small glitch at check-in as our code did not work. We arrived late after a long day of travel to find we couldn’t get in. Host did not answer messages so we headed to a hotel for the night, but he called right before we booked multiple hotel rooms. So crisis was avoided and he was very apologetic. Property was perfect for 3 couples and my mother in town for a wedding. Beautiful property-would highly recommmend.

Summary: Dan’s property was perfect for our stay. Each of my children had their own, spacious bedroom and bathroom, the pool was delightful, and the house was clean and well equipt. The neighborhood was cozy and quiet. We heard ZERO sirens our entire stay. Dan’s property is about 45 mins to San Fran, 15 minutes to downtown Los Gatos and a stones throw to San Jose. Dan was a wonderful host, touching base on check in day and giving privacy for the remainder of the trip. I highly recommend this property and am grateful for Dan’s hospitality.

Summary: Dan's house was a marvelous fit for our group of five adults and two small children. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable, and having a bathroom for each one was luxurious. The open-plan common areas are spacious, well-organized, and nicely furnished, and the excellent laundry facilities were easy to use. The plentiful supply of pool towels enhanced our enjoyment of the swimming pool which we were in every day. The small lawn in front was another nice play area for our grandkids. The driveway has ample parking, and street parking was available as well. The neighborhood is a great location, quiet yet so convenient to parks, stores, restaurants and Highway 17. Dan was very responsive to our questions, and went above and beyond to help us know in advance that the house would accommodate some special needs. If we are able to organize a similar gathering in the future, we certainly will hope to be Dan's guests again!
