Positive: The property was in rural France away from the hussel and bussel of Disney but just 10 minutes in the car. The bedrooms were comfortable for a family of 11.

Negative: Kitchen was small to prep for a big family although it had everything we needed.

Positive: It was not awful but not great either, some of the good things: big living room, some of the beds were comfortable, sauna. Close to Disney (13min in car)

Negative: Some beds were not possible to sleep in without having back pain in the morning. The kitchen was dirty and the stove did not work, there was a replacement with only 2 hobs to cook for 8 people. Some of the bathrooms were dusty. The hall light upstairs was automatic, but very short if you stopped walking it would turn off and also automatic on during the night to use the bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms, and only 2 toilets. From the 5 bedroom, 2 have a private shower, the other 3 rooms share 1 shower. There are steps to enter/leave the living room only to have another step to enter the kitchen which is quite small. The grounds are shared with another house, when we arrived it was impossible to park as they were having a party with 5 cars. Overall most things can be fixed if they put some effort into it. I do not think the price is worth it for the condition the villa is in.

Positive: A beautiful large house perfect for a large group of people. The beds were comfortable and shower facilities were amazing. The decor was absolutely stunning. The living area was very large and ideal for a group of people to spend time together, play board games or have breakfast/dinner. The outside of the location was also very beautiful and I can imagine it being a perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ in summer.. We did not end up using the sauna but it looked amazing. 10 minute drive from Disneyland so an ideal location. It's definitely a great spot going for a reasonable price. It's definitely a place we will hope to visit again in the future.

Negative: We couldn't figure out how to use the stove top, so unfortunately could not cook for ourselves. We are not sure if it's broken or just very complicated to use. An instruction manual could have helped for this. The dishwasher also requires maintenance.There was a strange smell in the house like someone had just been cooking when we walked in after leaving the house closed for a while. We think it comes from the dishwasher. Overall, these were minor issues experienced and still enjoyed our stay overall.

Positive: This property is fantastic, with spacious rooms, well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms. The entire property is great value for money and the garden is also well-kept. I highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future.

Negative: The entrance gate is a bit snug and tricky to navigate for larger vehicles.

Positive: Well furnished. Very comfortable beds. Lovely and warm, the whole building heated up quickly when we came in drenched! Plenty of crockery/cutlery etc. Kitchen small but well equipped. Showers excellent with plenty of hot water. We did wonder if only 2 toilets would be a problem as 11 of us stayed there but it was not an issue. We used Uber’s to get around (not a problem 12€ each way to Euro Disney) but a car would have been handy!

Negative: Could have done with instructions for the hob. Would have liked some basics such as salt/ pepper sugar/oil/tea bags etc. But not a major issue as supermarkets relatively close (10-12€ each way in an uber).

Positive: The location was perfect if you want to go to Disneyland. It was a 15 minute drive and the house is very quiet and big if you want to go with a bigger group! There is enough space to park the car at the property of the house but if you are going with a bigger car, you can park next to the street because the gate is too small.

Positive: Location is fantastic for EuroDisney if you have a hire car. Only 15 mins into the centre. The nearby small villages of Chalifert and Chessy have plenty of options for restaurants as well as supermarkets. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious. Seperate laundry room is very handy ! The garden is large and lovely to sit and have a morning coffee. The area is also very peaceful & quiet. The information regarding checking in and out was very easy to follow and we experienced no problems!

Negative: The only thing we could possibly say is there are only two small toilets in the property. One upstairs and one down (the one upstairs more problematic as it serves 4 bedrooms). Maybe if a couple of the rooms had en suite toilets this one be better
