Summary: Loved staying at this house. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to everything we needed. The pool area was great. The layout is a little quirky but the house was super clean and large. We had plenty of room for our group. Would love to stay here again!

Summary: This house was wonderful for our multi family vacation. The house is almost built in two “wings” which allows the younger family to stay on one side while the grandparents were in the other and no one was bothered when people stayed up late or young kids were up early. The little “family suite” was perfect for the family with small kids. The pool was great, location was close to the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay again.

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location is great for walking, as it is just a block from the intracoastal waterway, and there are even 5 bikes and helmets for the use of the guests.There are also beach towels and umbrellas. The management company was attentive but not intrusive, and had an app to download on our phone with all the information needed for check-in and check-out, as well as other info about the house and the area. The house is spacious and sunny, and the pool is heated. We definitely recommend this property.

Summary: This home is in a lovely safe upscale neighborhood. The house is light and lovely inside. The beds are really comfortable. The backyard is beautiful with a nice BBQ which we put to use. The pool is really nice and we loved watching the 3 resident iguanas sunning in the back yard. We were wonderfully surprised when we looked into the garage there were several beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs and an ice chest for our use. This home is walking distance to the inter-coastal with a wonderful sidewalk and great place to use the bicycles. We look forward to making this home an annual rental.

Summary: Property photos were accurate. Maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Home was spacious. Amenities such as bikes, beach chairs, beach towels were lovely. Pool was beautiful. Bathrooms were a bit small but there were 4! King bed was extra soft, pillows were extra puffy. Other beds were firm. Kitchen appliances were nice, plenty of dishes for dinners in.

Summary: Conveniently located to airport, ballparks, and beaches. Average cleanliness and amenities…great pool and size of rooms. Needs fans in all bedrooms. Could use better linens and mattress pads. Parking during construction across the street, a problem. Overall acceptable.
