Positive: Great view and terrace.
Negative: No aircon in bedrooms so they were like sleeping in a furnace despite every trick with keeping curtains closed etc. Many cockroaches inside. Owner did not respond to message when there was an issue in the apartment on arrival. Decor and furniture dated and past its best. Apartment address in confirmation email different to that given on day of arrival so transfer was booked to the wrong place.
Summary: No aircon in bedrooms.

Negative: The beds were to hard, so we had very bad sleep. All the bed needs matrester topper, if they provider that, we will visit again.

Positive: Excellent location and sea view. We could ear the sea to fall asleep. The property has all the facilities you need to cook, wash clothes and wash dishes (i.e. oven' microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine). The bedroom are spacious and have lots of space to store your belongings. The balcony is large and has seating and lounge furniture, plus a great sea view. If you like fishing, it is allowed on breakwater pier around 200m from the flat. Plus next to it there is a cove were you can snorkel and see plenty of fish. Just underneath the house there are plenty of nice restaurants and at a 5min min walk there is the marina and little venice.
Negative: The decor could be a bit updated... but did not bother us.
Summary: We shall return!

Positive: Excellent location. Lovely spacious, well equipped apartment with a great balcony for sunbathing on and watching things going on at sea and on the beach. Close to all the restaurants.

Positive: Excellent property to stay in the centre of Puerto Mogan, beautiful views over the bay. Apartment had everything we needed and very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Two bottles of water and chocolates on arrival were a nice touch.
Negative: May have been good to have entrance details and directions a bit earlier- as my phone was running out of charge and was being sent last minute details.
