The town of Puerto Nuevo is about 15 minutes south of Las Olas along the Ensenada Libre Road. Puerto Nuevo is world-famous for its many restaurants offering mouth-watering lobster dinners for low prices. The condo is across the street from the PEMEX AM/PM market at Highway Toll Booth; and it's within walking distance of the century-old Rosarito Beach Hotel. This is a great small-family vacation rental. Driving Directions: From the US, go south on Interstate 5 to the San Diego-Tijuana border. After crossing the border into Mexico, take the 'Scenic Road to Ensenada', and take the last exit before the toll booth (sign says 'To Popotla') in Rosarito Beach -- about 15 miles south of the border. Upon exiting, you will see a PEMEX-AM/PM Gas Station and Mini-Market on the left side of the road. Turn right on the second paved road (about 200 yards from the exit, there is a Fish Taco Restaurant, ). Las Olas Uno is the beige luxury resort on the left. Enter through the security gate and guard shack.

Summary: From the property owner to the grounds people, everyone was very helpful. Location was perfect. Central Rosarito beach was less than 2 miles away, but far enough to enjoy the quiet! Private beach was great, you can walk to Paps n beer if you want

Summary: We loved this rental. The place has great views and has a great location. The decor was very nice and had an overall comfy feel. Even with a few minor hiccups with trash and the living room tv, we were very happy with our choice for this rental. Plus our host was helpful and communicative during our stay. Highly recommend!

Summary: Just finished up a 3 month stay at Art's place. I was in Rosarito for a work assignment and Art's condo was perfect. Great location, safe, clean, and comfortable. The nightly sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. The 24 hour security guards speak fluent English and are very friendly. They will even help arrange a taxi if you want to venture downtown without the challenge of finding parking. Very hassle free stay. Art is great guy and quickly responds to questions.

Summary: The biggest problem for me was that the elevator didn't work!!!!! We had a family member in a wheelchair and had to physically carry him up to the second floor.. we had to leave the wheel chair in the van and keep him in the condo the whole time . The WiFi would cut in and out..and the washer worked but leaked water. The views are beautiful and it’s clean

Summary: This condo was so homey and the beds were extremely comfortable. If that wasn’t enough we had a spectacular view of the private beach and pool. We also enjoyed how secure the condo was with 24/7 security. Also, the owner Art was so responsive which made us feel at ease. Thank you Art for making this trip so great for us. Will definitely be booking this condo again.

Summary: Beautiful condo with an excellent location. Art replies quickly to any questions. The guards working the security gate speak fluent English and were very helpful with the check in process. Even recommended a couple of nice places for dinner. The whole stay could not have gone smoother. This is my new go to place when staying in Rosarito for work.

Summary: The property is well maintained. The on-site staff is very hospitable, professional, friendly and helpful. The condo balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is well maintained and has every amenity that is required. It feels like a home away from home. I will definitely stay here again. Art is a great host and responds immediately to any messages. The location is perfect.
